A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS LIFE WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE COMPLETELY, LIFE WILL ONLY OFFER YOU WHAT YOU CAN THINK AND IMAGIN
Here are a few actions and tips to help you develop the power of positive thinking:
Always use only positive words while thinking and while talking.
1.Use words such as, 'I can', 'I am able', 'it is possible', 'it can be done', etc.
2. Allow into your awareness only feelings of happiness, strength and success.
3. Try to disregard and ignore negative thoughts. Refuse to think such thoughts, and substitute them with constructive happy thoughts.
4. In your conversation use words that evoke feelings and mental images of strength, happiness and success.
5. Before starting with any plan or action, visualize clearly in your mind its successful outcome. If you visualize with concentration and faith, you will be amazed at the results.
6. Read at least one page of inspiring book every day.
7. Watch movies that make you feel happy.
8. Minimize the time you listen to the news and read the papers.
9. Associate yourself with people who think positively.
10. Always sit and walk with your back straight. This will strengthen your confidence and inner strength.
11. Walk, swim or engage in some other physical activity. This helps to develop a more positive attitude.

Your can master your environment
BE ""COFFEE"
A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how
things were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to
make it and wanted to give up, She was tired of fighting and
struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.
Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water
and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the
first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the
last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil;
without saying a word.
In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners.. She fished the
carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and
placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in
a bowl. Turning to her daughter, she asked, ' Tell me what you see.'
'Carrots, eggs, and coffee,' she replied.
Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She
did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter
to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed
the hard boiled egg
Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee. The daughter
smiled as she tasted its rich aroma. The daughter then asked, 'What
does it mean, mother?'
Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same
adversity: boiling water. Each reacted differently. The carrot went in
strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the
boiling water, it softened and became weak The egg had been fragile.
Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after
sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened. The
ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the
boiling water, they had changed the water.
'Which are you?' she asked her daughter. 'When adversity knocks on
your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee
bean?
Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with
pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?
Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the
heat? Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a
financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and
stiff? Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and
tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?
Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water,
the very circumstance that brings the pain. When the water gets hot,
it releases the fragrance and flavor. If you are like the bean, when
things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation
around you. When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest
do you elevate yourself to another level? How do you handle
adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make
you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make
you happy.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. The
brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't
go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and
heartaches.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and
everyone around you is crying.

What is the difference between Ability and Motivation?
It looks so simple, yet that is what makes the difference between where you are and where you want to be.
Ability is what you're capable of doing.
Motivation determines what you do."
If you have the Ability to play football but not motivated to playing football, you can never be a good footballer, you will only dream of being one, but you really will not be one. Therefore, Motivation gives weight to Ability

I brought this story which was posted to me by one of my mentors, in order to encourage you and motivate you. when i first saw the video of Nick, i said to myself, if Nick with all the peculiarity that life throw at him can get to this point in life, I GOT NO EXCUSE NOT TO BE WHAT GOD WANT ME TO BE. Please do read the story and watch the video. Happy reading and viewing.
"I was eight years old, and I did want to end my life. I felt hopeless. Broken. Alone. It's like it was pointless. There was no point to my life."
That quote is from Nick Vujicic – a man with no arms and no legs. More importantly than what he doesn't have though, I'm interested in the thing he now has that eludes many of us: long term happiness.
Consider this: If a eight year old boy who wanted to die – because he had no arms and no legs – could find happiness, is it possible that we could as well? If so, what would it take?
I thought long and hard about what I would write to you today. How could I begin to even answer that question? It would take pages, perhaps even a book or series of books. Then I realized... some questions are better answered in a different way. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so what might a video be worth?
Today I have two videos for you that I really want you to take the time to watch. I am sure you will be touched by them, just as I have been. The first is an incredibly inspiring 5-minute video of Nick sharing a bit about his life, as well as showing off a few things he can do. :)

Consider yourself warned, though: if you're sensitive like I am then it may just bring tears to your eyes. :)
And after watching that video, ask yourself... if Nick is capable of that, and he can be happy, what are you capable of? Is happiness possible for you? What about for people you know... for everybody?
Now, the cool thing is Nick was also an actor in an incredible spiritual movie (about 20 minutes long). In fact, when you watch the movie you'll see that he IS the inspiration for the movie, the main star, and again, a reminder of what is possible for each and every one of us.

Nick truly is an inspiration to me, and I'm sure after you watch the above two videos you'll see why I watch his videos time and time again. He inspires me to be more than I believe myself to be capable of, and he reminds me that even on my most difficult days, happiness is possible for each and every single one of us.
If Nick's videos have touched you, then remember to click the yellow 'Forward to a Friend' button at the bottom of this email and share this with your friends and family – they'll thank you for it... and probably with tears in their eyes. :)
