What is the difference between Ability and Motivation?
It looks so simple, yet that is what makes the difference between where you are and where you want to be.
Ability is what you're capable of doing.
Motivation determines what you do."
If you have the Ability to play football but not motivated to playing football, you can never be a good footballer, you will only dream of being one, but you really will not be one. Therefore, Motivation gives weight to Ability
